The Asian heritage sites are categorized by cultural heritage sites, Natural heritage sites, mixed heritage sites (mixed heritage sites means the sites are under natural heritage qualifications and cultural heritage qualifications together as one heritage site) and sites that are in danger list. Within the Asian continent 44 Natural Heritage Sites, 179 Cultural Heritage Sites, 7 Mixed Heritage sites and 10 Heritage sites are under danger list.
